Questions students ask us most

Can't find your answer here? Send it in the form and we will cover it in your session.

When should I start my application?

Ideally 9 to 12 months before your intake. For US universities and competitive scholarships, start 12 to 15 months ahead so you have time for tests, documents and deadlines.

Do I need IELTS or another English test?

Most universities in English-speaking countries ask for an IELTS, PTE, TOEFL or Duolingo score. Some accept a waiver based on your Class 12 English marks or medium of instruction. We will tell you exactly what your shortlisted universities require.

Which documents will I need?

Usually your passport, mark sheets and degree certificates, English test scores, a statement of purpose, letters of recommendation, a CV, and financial documents for the visa. We give you a checklist for each university and country.

Can you help with scholarships and education loans?

Yes. We look for university and government scholarships that match your profile, and help you prepare the paperwork for an education loan.

Can my parents join the counselling session?

Please bring them. Costs, safety and career outcomes are family decisions, and we are happy to answer their questions directly.

Do you help after I reach my university?

Yes. You get a pre-departure briefing before you fly, and we stay in touch during your first weeks abroad to help you settle in.
